and committing myself to April success. I am going to make a great run this
month. I am dedicated to preparing my meals, eating healthy and clean, and
training like a Champion. I have set aside the month of April to fueling my
mind and body with the best foods available. My goal is to build a body that resembles a professional athlete. I want to use my body to put worth an exceptional effort in my 2nd half marathon. I also want to have an appearance as a model of a health care professional.
I know I must stay
mentally and physically sharp. Therefore I will take care of my body to the
best of my ability. When my mission is complete, I will celebrate the way I see
FIT!
